Computer Basics classes include basic introduction to keyboard, operating systems, and how to type.

Typing test given during day class times: 9:30am - 1pm, Room 116, fee is $10

Graphics and Web Publishing
Graphics classes include the Adobe Creative Suite (Illlustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and basic design for print and web. Web publishing includes Dreamweaver.

Microsoft Office
Microsoft products include Word, Excel, Word & Excel together, Intro to the Office suite, and Powerpoint.

Networking/Computer Repair
Networking includes installing and troubleshooting network systems. Computer repair includes troubleshooting and repairing IBM PCs and clones, including A+ Certification training.

COMPUTERS - KEYBOARDING/LEARNING TO TYPE ON THE COMPUTER
Highly recommended as the first computer class to take to become a successful computer user. This course is individualized to teach three levels of keyboarding: beginning, intermediate, and advanced. Students will also be introduced to basic computer functions and formatting features. Receive a Proficiency Rating Letter.

ILLUSTRATOR CS
Adobe Illustrator CS combines the ease and speed of the computer with the control of fine drawing by hand. Illustrator is a vector-based art production and illustration tool used by graphic designers and production artists designing layouts for documents, or an illustrator creating and previewing fine artwork. PC REPAIR AND OS / A+ CERTIFICATION TRAINING
Trouble shooting and repairing using state-of-the-art equipment for IBM PC & clones. A rudimentary knowledge of computers is helpful; however, basic concepts and the functions of PCs will be taught. Hardware troubleshooting will be included. Techniques of repairing hardware will be taught hands-on.
