KEYBOARDING/LEARNING TO TYPE ON THE COMPUTER
Highly recommended as the first computer class to take to become a successful computer user. This course is individualized to teach three levels of keyboarding: beginning, intermediate, and advanced. Students from many cultures will study business communication practices used in U.S. businesses and compare those with practices from other countries. How are letters, memos, and emails written? What should one say when answering the business phone? How can we communicate in meetings with people from different backgrounds? What are the rules of polite business behavior?
